Risk Management

KAY-SON’s team continuously monitors potential risk factors and events throughout the life of a project.  We assess and discuss these risks in order to formulate mitigation strategies involving specification, schedule, and budget. Our team is fully committed to working closely with our customers to ensure expectations are aligned for a successful project.

Change Order Management

We understand that complex and large-scale projects will require scope changes. KAY-SON utilizes a Change Control System that identifies, tracks and initiates change orders throughout the duration of the project. Our revision control process and document control system provide us with the ability to accurately complete new changes.

EPC & Design-Build Projects

KAY-SON has refined its fabrication methodology for EPC and Design-Build projects over the last four decades.  We are set up to deliver steel in challenging and dynamic situations.  Our engineering competency provides us with an enhanced perception when working on projects during the initial design stage.  Our customers have come to rely on input on project design to improve on engineering, fabrication labor, field installation and material readiness.
